The Foundation is seeking a manager, culture and community, who will work to strengthen the Foundation's employee experience by ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion is embedded in the organization's culture and human resources (HR) practices. Serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner, this role will help people managers to identify and implement opportunities to enhance the employee experience. This position reports to and works closely with the vice president of HR to design and implement internal programs that foster an inclusive culture where employees can grow and thrive.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
1. Strong strategic thinking skills with demonstrated ability to think organizationally and has proven success developing and implementing DEI programs that are people-centric with an emphasis in strengthening an organization's culture
2. Understanding and experience in multi-cultural and multi-generational environments. Experience convening groups of various sizes with a focus on diversity and workforce dynamics
3. Excellent interpersonal savvy skills with the ability to build relationships and develop partnership
4. Proven effective project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects of varying complexity throughout the organization
5. Skilled at leading and addressing difficult conversations; masterful in resolving conflict and creating respectful spaces
