Position Function
The Director of Graduate Student Success will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a graduate student retention plan and success initiatives and to oversee the Graduate School's Pathways and professional development programs.
Minimum Education
Master's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum Experience
Two years of related professional experience working in higher education.
Minimum Other
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to analyze data and conduct research; and ability to work well with partners across the university.
Authorization to work in the US
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Education
Master's degree in student affairs administration or other related field.
Preferred Experience
Additional years of experience working in higher education; experience working in graduate student retention, student success, and/or mentoring programs, or in related programming for undergraduate students.
Preferred Other
Pre-Employment Screening
Requires successful completion of a background check and education verification.
