The purpose of this class is to provide administrative support and Proctoring to the CCBC Testing Center.

Associates degree from an accredited college. Two years of part time clerical or in-office customer service experience is required. Experience proctoring academic or certification exams is preferred. Must pass College Board certification exams within 60 days of hire. Onsite training for College Board certification exams is provided. Applicants cannot be enrolled as an undergraduate student at any time while employed in this position.
1. Greet and assist visitors and respond to e-mail and telephone inquiries in a timely manner.
2. Schedule, record attendance, verify identity, explain exam processes and monitor the administration for any test or examination proctored by the Testing Center in order to maintain a secure testing environment that upholds academic integrity policies.
3. Review and obtain clarification when needed of the testing requirements for each exam administered by the Testing Center and comply with the written protocol.
4. Proctor the exams of students with disabilities who are approved to receive testing accommodations per the written directive of the Office of Disability Support Services
5. Perform quality and security checks of the testing area regularly throughout the day.
6. Perform basic technical support to fix issues related to the technology within the Testing Center and troubleshoot minor technical issues during the testing process as per established policies.
7. Communicate any instances of academic dishonesty, major technical issues and student/faculty concerns to the Testing Center Administrator.
Maintain clean and safe Testing Center environment and perform daily Testing Center opening and closing procedures.
