Position Summary

This position will assist the Director of Ticket Operations with all aspects of the ticket office functions including: season and individual ticket sales, season and game reports, reconciliation and deposits, special promotions, management of the ticket system and training and staffing student workers. Demonstrate a commitment to NCAA rules compliance and adherence to NCAA regulations.

Minimum Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree Required.

Preferred Education and Experience

1-2 years of related experience and master's degree preferred.

Job Duties
  • Provide customer service both in person and via telephone and email to answer ticketing questions and conduct customer transactions.
  • Build sellable single-game and season ticket packages in Elon's ticket system.
  • Oversight of game day sales for assigned home athletic events; Assist with managing game day sales at other events without oversight as assigned by Director of Ticket Operations.
  • Assist with season ticket sales and renewals; assist with the contact and selling of group tickets; prospecting and soliciting new season ticket and individual game ticket sales.
  • Hire & supervise game day staff and student workers.
  • Complies with all University and CAA regulations, as well as all NCAA rules and regulations. Remains current with all changes in NCAA, as well as changes to University and CAA rules and regulations regarding intercollegiate athletics. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Ticket Operations.
