Carillon Captain

Fort Ticonderoga seeks captains for our beautiful, 60-foot tour boat Carillon. Be part of a dedicated educational team as you share the historic waterways of Lake Champlain surrounding Fort Ticonderoga with visitors from around the globe. Make a difference for students and life-long learners as you provide an educational, enjoyable, and safe experience to all guests on board the Carillon. Must hold a US Coast Guard Master License for Inland Waterways on Passenger Vessels up to 50 Gross Tons. Must have prior experience with passenger vessels and guest service. Candidates must have positive attitude towards working with public and a keen eye for passenger safety.  Normal working hours for this position will be determined with weekend, evening, and holiday work required on a scheduled basis.
