Speech Language Pathologist

Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathologist ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary level students? The Hannibal Central School District is actively seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and address the unique needs of students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Hannibal Central School District

Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized speech and language services to elementary level students with Individualized Education Plans as well as offering speech improvement services to our youngest students.

• Conduct assessments and collaborate with other professionals to develop personalized intervention plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support students in achieving communication goals.

• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• New York State licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Experience working with elementary level students, particularly those with Individualized Education Plans.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
