Duties and Responsibilities
The Coordinator will provide professional administrative support to the Special Assistant to the President, Liaison to the Board of Trustees, Chief of Staff and other president's office personnel as well as coordinate and staff special events and projects in the Office of the President.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Bachelors Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education. A minimum of 3 – 5 years of previous job-related experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Coordinator will provide professional administrative support to the Special Assistant to the President, Liaison to the Board of Trustees, Chief of Staff and other president's office personnel as well as coordinate and staff special events and projects in the Office of the President.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Screen, direct, and respond to confidential communications with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
- Answer telephones and respond to routine and unusual inquiries.
- Assist with the development and coordination of meetings and special events, including arranging meeting logistics, purchasing supplies, preparation of written materials, and event catering and logistics.
- Produce and oversee distribution of electronic correspondence, memoranda, meeting materials, and other documents.
- Monitor general condition of the office space, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain multiple calendars, including but not limited to scheduling individual and group meetings either on or off campus.
- Make occasional travel, hotel, and ground transportation arrangements.
- Work as a team with other support staff, especially the Executive Assistant to the President, to ensure smooth operation of the Office of the President.
- Coordinate closely with other offices (Office of the Provost, Division of Advancement, Division of Finance, Division of Mission Integration, Office of the General Counsel, University Marketing and Communications) to facilitate information sharing, communications, and collaboration.
- Provide general support and other duties as assigned including administrative tasks and other initiatives within the Office of the President.

Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
- Experience providing support for high-level executives, a board of trustees or board of directors, or direct experience with institutional governance preferred.
- Experience in higher education strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and note-taking skills are required.
- Superior organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, exercise considerable judgment and manage multiple projects to completion in an efficient manner.
- Demonstrated experience in efficient project management and managing logistics and operations for programs and events.
- A desire to work well with others in a highly collaborative environment with the expectation that one will ask for support whenever needed.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- An ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize among competing tasks.

Computer Skills
- Demonstrated ability in software tools including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to perform data analysis with spreadsheets, create charts and graphs, perform mail merges, and maintain websites.
- Curiosity to learn online tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of office operations.
