Duties and Responsibilities
The SOE School and Community Partnership Development Specialist will work collaboratively with SOE faculty and partners to develop, implement, and administer programs and strategies to create pipeline partnerships for undergraduate and graduate student recruitment
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field and at least two to three years of related experience preferred. Additional Education or Experience may be required by department program.

Duties and Responsibilities
The SOE School and Community Partnership Development Specialist will work collaboratively with SOE faculty and partners to develop, implement, and administer programs and strategies to create pipeline partnerships for undergraduate and graduate student recruitment
Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Visit schools, colleges, universities, community agencies, conferences, and other related institutions to make presentations and host events to establish partnerships for recruitment of students into the SOE in accordance with our strategic priority to diversity SOE student body
- Liaison between educational/community agencies and SOE to establish cohort partnerships at the local, national and international levels
- Collaborates with program chairs to explore and discuss partnership planning specific to program areas
- Cultivate and maintain database of current and prospective pipeline partners as well as building database of program information to aid in partnership development
- Collaborate with SOE Marketing and Communication (MarComm) Manager to develop marketing materials for partnership programs
- Serves on SOE MarComm team, attend monthly enrollment management meetings, attend SOE events, as needed
- Coordinate other internal SOE resources and supports to support partnership development
- Prepares monthly reports for SOE Dean on all activities
- Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience working in PK-22 schools and/or cultural institutions
- Master's degree in education or related field preferred, with at least 2 years of work experience in education
- Experience in educational partnership development is strongly preferred
