- Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Construction Management or related fields.
- Construction, Heavy Construction Management, or related industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree with more than 10 years of construction, especially heavy construction-related industry experience. Instructor is a professional who can provide documented proof of their professional accomplishments and has acquired a local or regional or national reputation in their fields.
- Evidence of prior online teaching in higher education, excellent teaching evaluations in discipline, relevant construction, especially heavy-construction-related industry experience and experienced in establishing/maintaining relations with critical leaders/companies in the construction industry in the region.
- Candidates must have experience with academic technologies and delivery platforms and should have a level of creativity to engage with technology to create forward-facing academic content to engage learners. Demonstrated experience with construction technologies and equipment to create an industry-ready graduate.
- Ph.D. or terminal degree in construction management, heavy construction, engineering management, or a related discipline.
Research: History of a current applicable research program through applied or empirical research. - Demonstrated ability in teaching, both in person and online.
