Job Summary
Field incoming phone and e-mails concerning ifFML application has been received. Return calls to employees informing them of the same. Possible contacting healthcare providers via phone with general questions. Enter FML into KRONOS timekeeping system. Printing, stuffing envelopes and
mailing FML notices to employees. Other duties as requested by FML team and/or HR Manager.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Required: Prior KRONOS experience to enter leaves. Mircosoft (Word, Excel). Ability to effectively and professionally interact with all levels of UK employees and supervisors/managers, healthcare providers, etc. by phone, e-mail, or in-person. Must understand HIPAA and adhere to HR confidentiality standards.
