Job Summary
Provide routine and preventative maintenance in Campus Housing facilities, primarily the UK managed Greek houses, 410 Rose Lane and the German House. This position will be responsible for completing work requests submitted by residents and electronically responding to routine and preventative work orders. Manage and order material & supply inventories for the assigned facilities. The position will review, monitor, and perform inspections on pneumatic systems, work with contractors and consultants on issues and projects, proactively walk facilities to assess facility needs and advise management of needs before problems become reactionary in nature, may also be asked to help train personnel in proper pneumatic control operations. The candidate must be willing to perform other duties as assigned, work on special projects such as Big Blue Move-in, and be willing to occasionally work after hours when called for emergencies.
