Assistant Professor in Hospitality Management, beginning Fall 2024 (Appointment-Stream)

The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford is currently seeking a Full-Time Assistant Professor of Hospitality Management (Appointment stream) in the Division of Management & Education, beginning Fall 2024.

Requirements: Master's in Hospitality Management or a closely related field with a strong commitment to teaching undergraduates. Scholarship, advising, and service activities are required. Applied work experience within the field of Hospitality Management and experience teaching at the university or collegiate level are required.

Responsibilities: Applicants must be able to teach twelve credits per semester in the Hospitality Management Program at the undergraduate level.

Preferred courses include Introduction to Hospitality Management, Legal Issues, Food Service, Hotel Operations, Food and Cost Control, Tourism Marketing, and Capstone. Candidates experienced in working with college students from diverse backgrounds and who have applied experience in the field of expertise are encouraged to apply.
